职位概述 作为安恒国际总部渠道专家，您将负责规划、建设和赋能覆盖中国香港、中国澳门及东南亚核心市场的多层次渠道生态体系。您需要深度对接AWS、Microsoft Azure、阿里云、华为云、腾讯云等主流云厂商，推动SIEM SaaS、PAM等核心产品入驻云平台市场，同时系统性布局本地TOP SI/MSP伙伴，构建\战略伙伴攻坚头部客户+MSP覆盖长尾市场\的立体化生态，支撑公司2026年\国际营收同比增长100%\的核心目标。 职责 工作职责： 一、渠道生态体系战略规划与搭建（40%） 设计并执行\认证白金/金牌/授权\三级伙伴体系，差异化制定港澳、马来西亚、印尼市场的渠道招募标准与淘汰机制； 主导与AWS、Azure、阿里云、华为云、腾讯云的战略级合作谈判，推动SIEM SaaS、PAM等核心产品入Marketplace，并建立联合上市（GTM）计划； 在马来西亚、印尼系统性甄选并签约Top 10系统集成商（SI）和托管安全服务商（MSP），作为覆盖中小企业市场的核心服务枢纽； 二、渠道赋能与联合价值创造（30%） 牵头与TOP SI伙伴共同开发金融、电信、政府三大行业的标准化\场景包\，将安恒产品深度嵌入伙伴服务流程； 统筹管理联合营销基金（JMF）与营销开发资金（MDF），支持伙伴开展区域路演、线上研讨会及客户拜访，提供品牌素材与内容支持； 建立并运营渠道培训认证体系，确保伙伴技术、销售团队具备独立售前咨询、POC交付及L1/L2运维能力； 三、渠道运营与精细化管理（30%） 全面推行\联合商机登记与保护\机制，确保伙伴报备商机24小时内获得销售团队响应，明确利益分配，杜绝渠道冲突； 设计并管理面向SMB市场的\安全即服务\订阅模式，为MSP/分销商提供自助开通、计费和L1支持工具包； 利用CRM系统监控渠道销售漏斗、伙伴活跃度、项目成功率等关键指标，每月输出渠道健康度评估报告。 资历 一、硬性要求： 8年以上网络安全或企业软件行业渠道管理经验，其中至少3年负责亚太区域（港澳或东南亚）渠道生态建设； 英文流利可作为工作语言，掌握粤语或马来语/印尼语优先； 至少主导过2个以上主流云厂商（AWS/Azure/阿里云/华为云/腾讯云）的战略合作伙伴关系建立，有SaaS产品入驻Marketplace并成功商业化经验优先； 具备从0到1搭建三级及以上渠道体系（总代/白金/金牌）的实战经历，管理过年活跃伙伴超50家、渠道贡献营收超5000万人民币的业务体量； 二、核心能力： 生态思维：深刻理解\价值共创\理念，能从\交易型\关系升级为\伙伴型\生态，推动联合解决方案开发； 数据驱动：精通CRM系统（HubSpot/Salesforce）与渠道数据分析，能基于伙伴活跃度、项目成功率等指标优化渠道策略； 冲突解决：熟悉渠道商机报备、价格体系及冲突调解机制，能平衡直销与渠道利益，保障生态公平有序； 本地化运营：熟悉马来西亚、印尼至少两个市场的网络安全合规要求（如马来西亚PDPA、印尼POJK）、采购流程及文化差异。 三、加分项： 具备CISSP、CISM等安全认证，能与技术团队及伙伴进行深度产品对话； 拥有本地TOP SI（如ROOTS、SNS、CTC）或云厂商生态负责人人脉资源。 我们提供： 国际化平台：深度参与安恒国际\双品牌（DAS-Security/SecNova）+双主体\全球战略布局；
