AI工程化與業務融合 (1)AI模型服務化落地 a.結合智能物業預測、跨境服務推薦等業務需求，設計高性能AI服務架構（NLP/CV方向），主導模型服務化部署（TensorFlow Serving/TorchServe）、GPU資源調度優化及服務監控體系搭建。 b.構建端到端機器學習Pipeline，集成數據清洗、特徵工程、模型訓練與推理鏈路，提升AI服務吞吐量（如QPS提升30%）及資源利用率（如GPU成本降低20%）。 3. 技術管理與工程效能 (1)團隊技術賦能 a.制定並推行代碼規範、自動化測試（單元測試/集成測試覆蓋率≥80%）、CI/CD流水線（如GitLab CI + ArgoCD），通過代碼Review與工具鏈建設提升團隊交付品質。 b.攻克分佈式事務（Seata/Saga模式）、多語言支付介面集成（如支付寶國際版、Stripe）、跨境數據同步（最終一致性方案）等技術難點，提供可複用的解決方案庫。 4. 業務驅動型技術創新 (1)垂直領域技術深耕 a.深入物業管理、跨境服務場景，設計高可用架構（如O2O資源調度演算法、積分商城的分佈式庫存管理），優化業務指標（如訂單處理延遲≤50ms）。 b.探索前沿技術落地：基於區塊鏈實現積分清結算的去中心化驗證，設計AI驅動的用戶增長模型（如LTV預測、個性化推薦），推動技術驅動型產品創新。 崗位要求: 1. 硬性條件 (1)學歷與經驗 a.統招本科及以上學歷，電腦相關專業，10年以上後端開發經驗其中：5年以上.NET開發經驗：需主導過ASP.NET Core微服務架構專案，熟悉EF Core性能調優；3年以上Golang實戰經驗：具備高併發、分佈式系統開發背景（如Etcd、NSQ應用）；至少2個百萬級日活系統架構設計經驗，完整參與需求分析、技術選型、部署運維全流程。
