職責範圍 核心工序: 酸種麵包製作(Sourdough bread production), 酥類麵團及糕點製作(Laminated dough and pastry production), 独立負責打麵（麵團攪拌、控制發酵時間及溫度）及麵包造型（分割、滾圓、整型）。 生產製作: 負責麵包烘焙、控制烤焗品質，並預備每日所需烘焙原材料。 環境衛生: 負責烘焙廚房、工具及設備的日常清潔與保養。 入職要求 工作經驗: 具備 3至 5年或以上麵包製作經驗（必須具備獨立打麵及造型能力）。 工作態度: 具團隊合作精神、守時、有責任感及良好衛生習慣。 薪酬福利 全職月薪: HK$ 20,000 - $25,000（視乎相關打麵及造型經驗而定） 福利待遇: - 每月享有 6 天有薪休息日 - 有薪年假 10 天起、法定勞工假期
