Performrigorousstructural,thermalmanagement,fluidic,andFailureModeandEffectsAnalysis(FMEA)tovalidate,optimize,andaligndesignswithperformance,timeline,andcosttargets. Plan,coordinate,andexecutefabrication,assembly,andengineeringevaluationbuildstothoroughlyvalidateprototypesagainststricttechnicalspecifications. ApplyDesignforSixSigma(DFSS)andDesignforManufacturingandAssembly(DFMA)methodologiestostreamlineproductionandoptimizecosts. Authorcomprehensivetechnicalspecifications,requirements,andvalidationplans,whilemeticulouslymanagingBillofMaterials(BOM)and2D/3Dengineeringdrawing Leadtechnicaldiscussionsandpresentinnovativedesignsolutionstocustomers;provideexperttechnicalsupporttoenhanceproductmanufacturabilitywhilereducingcosts. KnowledgeinPartManufacturingtechnologiessuchasInjectionMolding,Die-Casting,PrecisionMachining,surfacecoating/finishingandInspectionmethods Goodknowledgeandexperienceinproductdesign,designingofrobustelectro-mechanicalsystems. Experienceindesigningforplasticmolding,Sheetmetalstamping,machiningandextrusion. FamiliaritywithGeometricDimensioningandTolerancing(GD&T)andToleranceStack-upAnalysis. Proficiencyinsimulationtools,mechanicalFEAandprogrammingskills(e.g.,Python)wouldbeanaddedadvantage Experienceinlabautomationequipment,suchasmotioncontrol,fluidicpumps,andvalvesorpackagingdesignisaplus.
