岗位职责： 1. 对接公司金融业务部门，负责AI研发、IT开发等领域的需求规划、调研与分析，基于端到端客户视角开展流程诊断，提出切实可行的流程优化方案。 2. 负责AI及IT相关重点项目的专题审核与回检工作，统筹项目管理，建立数据采集与评价指标，跟踪分析项目成果，有效识别并管理项目风险，达成提升服务体验及运营效率、降低运营成本的目标。 3. 挖掘公司金融业务中的金融科技优化需求，运用AI智能体、低代码平台等金融科技工具，协助业务部门进行流程优化，持续提升金融科技应用水平，改善内外部客户体验。 4. 研究监管政策及内外部合规要求，评估AI研发、IT开发中的风险点，制定并持续完善项目管理制度与风控措施，确保优化流程合规、稳健运营。 5. 跟踪市场同业动态及行业发展趋势，分析竞品表现，围绕公司金融业务领域提出流程优化建议，并牵头推动重点流程优化项目的落地实施。 岗位要求： （一）大学本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、会计、经济、数学、统计、人工智能或数据科学等相关专业优先。 （二）两年以上工作经验，熟悉银行公司金融业务，对核心领域有深入理解，能够准确把握业务场景与流程优化切入点。 （三）具备独立进行项目管理、流程分析设计的能力，精通需求挖掘、梳理、转化与管理，并能够结合银行风险管理框架，有效推动项目落地与实施。 （四）有AI智能体及低代码开发经验者优先。 （五）具备中英文工作能力。 Job Responsibilities: 1.
