关于职位 Base：Hong Kong 主要职责 管理人研究与尽调：系统覆盖全球对冲基金主要策略（股票多空、全球宏观、多策略、量化、事件驱动、信贷/相对价值等）；主导投资尽调（IDD）与运营尽调（ODD，可统筹外部专业机构资源），撰写机构级尽调报告，向产品委员会提出上架或否决建议。 商业条款谈判：与全球管理人谈判费率与返还安排（rebate / retrocession）、创始份额、容量保障、MFN、流动性条款（lock-up / gate / side pocket）等核心商业条款；设计并比选上架结构（直接代销、feeder、定制份额等）。 协议与法律文本审核：与法务、合规团队协作，审核分销协议、PPM 及补充文件、side letter 等文本，识别并把控商业与合规风险点。 发行与上架执行：统筹内部上架全流程（产品委员会审议、合规审批、运营/托管/系统对接），制定并执行发行计划与时间表。 销售赋能与路演：制作产品材料、Q&A 与销售话术；培训理财师团队；面向重点客户与家族办公室开展路演及策略沟通会。 客户沟通与投诉处理：解答一线团队与客户的产品问询；按香港证监会（SFC）监管要求及内部流程处理客户投诉与重大产品事件（净值异常、流动性事件、清盘等）。 存续期管理：建立月度/季度监控与年度复核机制，跟踪业绩归因、风格漂移、关键人事件；主导表现不达标产品的下架与退出安排。 团队建设：带领并培养 5–8 人团队，建立研究方法论、工作标准与人才梯队，对团队成员的专业成长与晋升负责。 任职要求 8 年以上相关经验，背景为香港的私人银行产品/基金甄选平台、涉及大类资产配置的资产管理机构，或多策略基金/FoF 的投资与产品部门。 熟悉全球对冲基金行业格局与主要管理人，至少在一类策略上具备可被同业认可的深度积累。 与不少于 5 家全球知名对冲基金管理人保持直接、可验证的合作关系；以配置方/平台方身份完成过实际配置或上架合作者优先。 具备对冲基金产品全流程的一线实操经验：尽调研究、商业谈判、合同文本审核、发行路演、客户沟通与投诉处理各环节均须本人亲手做过，而非仅以管理者身份监督。 5 人以上团队的管理经验，有培养团队成员成长与晋升的可验证记录。
